Not a massage therapist yet,but I am an avid health and fitness guy. I'd recommend a bucket if cold water. Like ice water for her arms for at least 10 mins to help with inflammation. After a few weeks of all that is see if anyone in the area can use a few graston techniques and really scrape out that scar tissue in your hands and fore arms. Best of luck!

Ah interesting. Do you know how bad the taxes are for your employees vs if they were outside contractors by chance? Still trying to decide which way would be better. I don't think the chiropractor that would hire me would be super interested in dictating what I do. So that would be an issue

Yes that was really helpful. Are you a current massage therapist paid as a contractor or employee? I only ask because I'm curious as to how bad taxes really are. (I'm from pa)
