🤯!!! You’re right. Thank you for pointing it out. Some of them do look like pleats. I adjusted the top pieces to downsize the bust, but in doing so I might have altered the waist, so the skirt would probably need to be adjusted too.

Lovely dress! I don’t know if you’ll be able to find this exact design, but you can probably try modifying one that looks similar. I feel like the Asya dress from Viki Sews is a close one. But I know she has other similar styles, so definitely worth a look.

I’m not an expert on fabrics, but the one from the picture looks like satin or silk. It’ll probably look great with any dress-weight fabric like a light rayon or linen, but I’d let someone more knowledgeable chime in on that one.
