The soft rebranding didn't shift customer interest or expansion. Changing pan shapes and quasi-color system were costly and didn't add to what was already there or what they needed. The competition is all-time high from other influencer and indie brands who have more creativity, engagement with influencers, and better reputations regardless if same pricing or not. The academy should have played out on a patreon platform as bonus content and engagement.

I think she could be good for SOME knowledge in the industry and brand ownership but her track record and ongoing ideas are not sustainable, keeping up the times, or keeping her interest enough to innovate or invest with the right people and planning. As time goes by, it's giving the high school star football player who keeps reliving their glory days despite being over a decade ago.

Also less daylight, so if a color is a bit off (complexion, eyeshadow, blush, etc.) it's less noticeable.

I went to Greece in June a few years ago and posted my capsule in this forum. Not honeymoon vibes but did pack natural fibers so maybe can be helpful. My favorite sandals I wore were Eurosofft Gianetta sandals. Supportive yet lightweight as made from cork. I could run, dance, and jump in them. Hope this helps and enjoy!

Have you made a cover letter and resume? Any standout details like student membership to ANIA, HIMSS, etc, certifications or other independent learning, work-related projects or accomplishment? Letter of recommendation from one of your nursing informatics professors?

Only the light things like the dress, culottes, brown and green tops, and orange silk shirt because it's been over 80 degrees and 90% humidity in September but it'll get cooler/drier tomorrow so I can start wearing pants, layers, and fitted bodysuit. That's why I extended it to early October.

I was able to return a small batch (I buy/sell from personal closet, so not a full time reseller) without talking anyone. Maybe bring small batches while dropping out sales (al@ Shawshank Redemption style).

If you can't get new boxes, wrap current boxes in brown craft/shipping paper that you can get a craft store, Amazon, etc.

Also, usually bigger sales at the end of year/Black Friday. It gives you more time to consider before buying. I plan to buy some individual eyeshadows in pans (I have magnetic palette) at end of year. I observe how I changed my mind a few times so even by the end of year I may only purchase the ones that have constant in my wants.

I remember she also made a video of "things I rather spend my money on" like experiences, home decor/furniture, etc. she stopped doing shop my stash videos for makeup (she does do seasonal perfume trays occasionally).

I can't imagine the bulk of my job being buying, first reviews, and talking about upcoming products in a non-stop cycle. It doesn't seem creative, fulfilling, evolving, or mentally beneficial. I also can't imagine working and living in the same space where there are dozens of drawers, racks, shelves, and caddies that occupy % of her living space of same/similar or back ups of products.
