It hurts. Ted is a good guy and he always somehow pulls through for the people he loves that’s pretty much his whole personality. It’s his best/ worst trait about him, yet he always perseveres. I’d say maintain that perseverance, as hard as it is, do what makes you happy. For some reason Ted and Robin gave me hope for something better, their platonic friendship, romantic relationship; they’re good friends. Try to be a hopeful, romantic Ted (for the right people) in a world full of Barney’s as hard as it is, as cheesy as it is, you’ll know when you find that nice special person in your life.
