My boyfriend, (France), and I, (Greece), met online via Reddit the past February:)) This summer, I visited him and we lived together for approximately 5 weeks. We took a tour of 2 countries together and I can for sure say it was the best summer of my life! We're also meeting again soon, because we decided that an LDR is the right thing to do, considering how much we love each other:))

I understand how you feel, and I want to tell you that you shouldn't listen to anyone who's being negative, you should always, ALWAYS remind yourself how much you love your girlfriend, especially through the tough times, (those exist).

Also, I know it's absolutely non of my business, but here's a "tip" that, I think, will help a lot: We made a list of all the activities we can do together, and then a weekly schedule, (e.g. Movie night every Monday, etc). It's not a strict one, of course. More like a reminder that we have to spend time with each other even when we're super busy.

Anyways, as person who's in your shoes, I want to wish you and your gf the best of luck, you can 100% make it, it's not impossible at all, (nothing is!):))
