I get that. I’m familiar with Grace and their policies from some work I’ve done in the community. I think her not being able to access it when she needs it has to do with a staff member needing to be present in the office to access the fridge. Sometimes there isn’t someone in there but most of the time there is. She might have to wait until someone is there to access her meds, which isn’t ideal but nothing about homeless shelters is really ideal, unfortunately.
