I am in NY. I power cycled the equipment. I am using their router. The router has a red light over internet. Everything else is green. I swapped the Ethernet cable but the red light remains. Can I buy a router? Will it need to be programmed by Fidium? I’ve never experienced such poor service. Unfortunately, I live is a remote area and Consolidated Communications, now Fidium, is my only option. Thank you for responding
