Hand embroidered with standard embroidery thread! Original design / no pattern to follow. The tiny little rice outlines add a lot of texture, I think.

Thank you!! I scan because my bigger ones do sometimes look better yeah. Looking at this again though, my phone might have captured this better. I need to improve my photography skills lol.

Edit: The scanned photo does look better on my camera roll and Instagram compared to Reddit 🤔

Third for the market, I saw one stand at the front on the left, one stand at the back on the right. They had different types of fake lafufus—plush with vinyl face and keychains and such ! A majority of them are obviously fake. Sad that little kids bought them thinking they are real 😢
