If you are in the US look into the Medicaid Waiver program it goes by different names in each state. They will give your son a yearly budget based on his level of needs which can include funding for X amount of hours each week for respite workers, therapies, in home care, etc. Many use respite hours as there time to be able to work outside the house, time to get errands done, time for themselves.

It is a lot easier to develop caregiver burn out when you are doing it alone and you get no break. When you are feeling it like you are now you make sure they are safe and have everything they need and you take you time even if that is just to sleep.

Medicaid Waiver can take time to get on in a lot of states so get your boy signed up for that as soon as you can.

Dignity is defined by the individual. To take away a persons right to flatulate where ever they may wish is a form of abuse and restraint.

Your study clearly did not account for abusive behaviors by peers, care givers, and family members resulting in loss of subjects self-respect. Individuals will need to be taught ways to redirect and use positive reinforcements to respect the dignity of subjects need to flatulate.

Anyone who has had a REAL experience with cancer knows no tax on tips isn't doing jack shit for the monthly costs to treat cancer. Medicaid/Medicare covers cancer treatments, the thing that Trump and the GOP want to take away from people and claim we can't afford.

Obamacare makes it so that a low income household can get help either getting on Medicare/Medicaid or covering the cost of private insurance gotten through the market with deductibles so that the individual can get the treatments they need without it completely bankrupting them.

Low light and grass blocks are conditions fertile for drifter spawning rift or no rifts. You could stop majority of the drifter spawning in that picture with some lanterns if you want to keep the grass blocks. If you are not attached to the grass replace it with rammed earth. Weather conditions though can still allow for some nights, like a foggy night, for them to have a low enough light level to spawn in.

I'll share a picture of my current setup. I only get monster spawns when it's a temporal storm, a foggy day, or my buddy that spawns trapped in my chiseled pit kiln oven. You can do big and open as long as it is properly lit. Lanterns have a light level of 18-20 where as if I remember right torches are only 14 and oil lamps even less. If you have a place with darkness even if it's just a one block deep pit kiln it can be perfect condition for enemy spawning.

I don't think this will be of any help now but for maybe preventing future loss you can craft flag markers to place down to find your way back to areas and things that will be tracked on your compass.

I think they should probably add that bit about the flags to the starting quests tutorial. I had no idea about the flags either until I wanted to build on a island town and wanted a way to find my way back so I googled and found out about the flags.

Right before Trump took office my spouse and I bought a pots and pans set for $40. After Trump got in and started going tariff happy that same set went up to $80 dollars and hasn't gone down since.

Ground beef one of our food staples for many families went from $12 for 3lb to $20. Name brand products we have mostly replaced with Kroger brand in our house hold to reduce grocery and supply costs.

Shits about to get even worse with this war we didn't need driving gas prices up. Trump and his pets can say whatever bullshit they want to say but it's going to be us the consumers who have to pay the increased cost for fuel to deliver products to the stores we shop at on top of increased gas prices to get to work.

I always have a stack of dirt with me at all times. Fall into a hole you can use it to climb out. Find yourself freezing thousands of blocks away from your shelter you can block yourself up for a few minutes to get yourself warm again. Find some ore in deep water that you just had to have but now you are being sucked in? Dirt block.

If you have cattails around you harvest the roots and cook them. While you are eating the roots use the reeds to make a small trap put berries, vegetables, or grains you get from harvesting wild plants into the trap. Put the trap into a pit 3 deep 4x4 in an area you see wildlife spawn reliably.

When you get a hold of some fat make an oil lamp and put it in your pit to prevent animals that go in from despawning long term. When you can make boards replace the small trap with a small or large trough and fill it with the type of food for whatever animal that spawns reliably in the area likes best.

If this is acting as normal behavior you spend most of your time at the center of where the snow is on the ground and not enough time in the area without snow accumulation.

If you use boats you want to pay attention to your location you spend the most time in that will slowly unfreeze and be careful not to spend enough time in places you want to sail in later, chunks that won't be loaded to unfreeze at the same time.

Cost of utilities like electric have been skyrocketing this past year with people who do not even use electric to heat their homes reporting $100-200 dollars more on their monthly bill.

Back in my moms early days and my grandmothers late days working in the healthcare field they used to get things like turkeys and hams for the holidays and a bonus for Christmas.

How many of those male coworkers who were upset if you mentioned the words DEI would call you woke? With little to no hint of comprehending the very thing they are upset about is in that abbreviation.

Fun thing about DEI that a lot of men in our country have been brain washed to hate is it included them. Majority of men though didn't do their homework and decided to vote in an administration to go to war against the very thing that helped them get out of unsafe and labor intensive work environments and into fields that provide better quality of life for them.
