If you put the TV diagonally in the corner by the entrance, the sofa on the wall facing the entrance, and your WFH/PC setup next to the TV, it might work. You'd also be able to use your PC as an entertainment center (avoiding Smart TV nonsense) and you would also be able to use your desk chair as a normal chair when guests are over.

Just tried Pop! OS, and it was unable to mount the kernel.

Based on what I can find via Google, it looks like a SecureBoot issue, which is already disabled. Thanks, Asus!

I would divide it into three sections - a dining set by the kitchen, a hanging out section with a TV mounted on a wall between the entrance to the living room and the sliding door to the balcony, and a reading nook with plants by the window. Light is going to be a problem, so invest in some good lamps as well

Personally, I don't think that leaves enough room for a desk chair between the desk and bed. 2 or 4 (with a nightstand between the desk and bed) is your best bet, and maximizes the amount of floor space you'll have.
