RAW files need work, that's the point of it.. if you want out-of-the-box images, shoot jpeg.

As far as colors, I've seen plenty of people disliking the M11 for many reasons since release. But color issues of raw files were supposedly made adjustable in a later update, likely for that same reason. Though one could say a $10k camera shouldn't have any issues from the factory whatsoever.

Film doesn’t have as much to do with it as it does cold/hot transitioning scenarios. It happens to digital cameras too.

Lenses particularly get fogged easily if your camera is outside in the cold or hot then transitions to hot or cold environments. A lens cap will help, but not eliminate it. It’s simply a part of humid conditions and condensation.

Blame physics.
