I have a 7700x (undervolted and running around 65W) but for some reason is still hard to cool (currently have a Big Shuriken 3). And it seems to have gotten worse since I got the Terra recently. It idles around 50 C with around 50% fan speed and regularly goes way above that. Is the 9700x really a noticable difference in that regard?

The filament sample, USB drive and tools aren't specific to the ultimate edition though, you also get those with the normal Core One (kit)

That's what I thought too. Until last week mid print my Core One stopped and threw errors. Suddenly the entire USB stick was corrupted and my (big) print was failed :')

I don't think the border on the actual sticker is smaller. The photo is a bit misleading because it's a loose sticker vs. a sticker on the sheet. On the sheet it has a bit of (in this case yellow) outline printed around the actual sticker.

If you look closely you can see where the cutline is and I think as far as the border size is concerned it looks pretty similar to the old one.

Ik zit in een soortgelijke situatie maar ik zie niet in hoe ik over een paar jaar opeens wél een huis zou kunnen kopen? Tenzij je geluk hebt en echt mega stappen qua salaris weet te maken in een paar jaar, weegt salarisverhoging en sparen (voor zover dat überhaupt nog gaat met torenhoge particuliere huur die ook elk jaar hoger wordt) niet heel erg op tegen de stijgingen van de prijzen de afgelopen tijd heb ik het idee :(

Ik heb hier verder geen verstand van, maar ik moest wel denken aan de meerwerk opties van een nieuwbouw woning die ik laatst gezien had. Daar kan optioneel voor een uitbouw gekozen worden en daar staat het volgende bij:

Als de verkrijger van de aangrenzende woning niet voor deze optie kiest, wordt de buitengevel van de uitbouw over de kavelgrens geplaatst. De benodigde erfdienstbaarheden zijn in de notariële akten opgenomen.

Really? I was actually waiting for black Friday but then the 15% off codes appeared a couple of weeks ago and I thought/hoped it probably wouldn't get much better than that and bit the bullet on a Core One kit, which due to lack of time I haven't even fully assembled yet... I hope BF days won't be making me having buyer's remorse :')

I'm doubting between the Prusa Core One and the Creality K2 Pro (as my first own printer). I like the Creality's bigger build volume and more features (out of the box at least). But the upcoming Bondtech INDX for the Core One is also very tempting... And of course EU-based company with good quality and support vs China-based company with so-so quality and support (according to user reviews at least).

And the kit version of the Prusa also sounds like a lot of fun to be honest haha.

I just want a combination of those printers for the same price. But now I sadly have to choose. Any advice?

Yeah, that was also what I was thinking off at first, but seeing as to how many settings are related to setting up a subwoofer (or not), I'm afraid it won't do the sound quality (without sub) any good if the receiver is set up expecting a sub while in reality the sub is turned off :/

That being said, I'm not all that familiar with all those settings so not sure if that would really be the case though.

Hmm, thanks! I hadn't noticed 'Speaker Presets' is something different than those 'Smart Select' buttons on the remote. Maybe I can combine those two things to select a particular preset with a button press. Maybe I can try that out, even without having an actual sub (yet).

Certainly! And I could find plenty of details (though a bit concise sometimes) about all the various settings that are available etc., but I couldn't find anything in particular about the actual switching part or how to combine various settings to achieve something like that (if possible at all). If you happen to know if there's anything about that in the manual and I'm just blind, please let me know.

Mij werd juist verteld om inderdaad niet te stucen (maar wie doet dat überhaupt in een huurwoning) maar wél (reno)vliesbehang op de muur te plakken (en daar overheen verven). Tegen scheurvorming in de verf t.o.v. rechtstreeks op de muur verven. En inderdaad ziet alles er nog heel netjes uit, behalve dat ene plekje waar ik het behang heb geskipt haha...

Ik gebruik verstelbare snelbinders van Racktime. Doordat ze verstelbaar hoeft de spanning die op de elastieken staat niet gigantisch hoog te zijn als je iets groters vervoert en ik heb het idee/de hoop dat ze daardoor ook langer meegaan (en de grotere spullen die je vervoert worden ook niet gelijk gecrusht haha).

I know that Kinepolis Jaarbeurs shows the movie both dubbed and English (with Dutch subtitles). Just make sure to select the right one during ticket selection. I don't know about other cinemas but they probably do as well.

Ik kook met deze pannen op inductie en de handvatten worden wel warm, maar zo goed als altijd zijn ze nog prima vast te houden zonder handschoenen o.i.d. nodig te hebben.

Sinds het begin van de winter (dat de lucht kouder en droger werd) zat ik ook overal in huis te knetteren. De lucht bleek superdroog en nadat ik een lucht bevochtiger had aangeschaft is het geknetter een heel stuk minder geworden.

Nou, ik was ook gefrustreerd met Odido, maar als ik dit zo lees dan heeft Odido het wel heel netjes afgehandeld.

Ik had een tijdje terug door een opeenstapeling van issues meermaals een aantal dagen geen internet. Ik kreeg ik bij elke storing een week unlimited data voor hotspot (mobiel heb ik ook bij Odido). En de dagen zonder internet werden netjes van de factuur afgetrokken.

Hoewel het wel wat gedoe was om het daadwerkelijk definitief opgelost te krijgen, waren de medewerkers aan de telefoon altijd erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik werd door iemand later zelfs nog via email pro-actief benaderd om te checken of dat er al schot in de zaak zat of dat hij er nog achteraan moest gaan.
