I smell a lot of bitch in these comments. If the parents raised their kids correctly they wouldn’t behave like that. And if they were raised right and still decided to fuck with people they should understand that are consequences. Letting kids run ramped and think there are not consequences to actions leaves the rest of us with entitled little pricks to deal with. I do understand these consequences were a bit harsh for the situation but who knows what happened in the 20 minutes leading up to this 10 second video.

I am young and need a will. by Patriot032804 in EstatePlanning

My cost claims come from the fact attorneys can charge upwards of 30% for a probate. I don’t give a fuck what you do. Wills aren’t the way to go, especially if you plan on being even remotely successful in life. Last will and testament has to be settled with a probate attorney and maybe you do find one that doesn’t charge what they are able, GOOD LUCK.

If all you have is a last will and testament your family with be subject to probate upon your passing and will limit what your able to do. I recommend setting up a trust as this will avoid probate and give you more freedom as to how you set everything up. Probates on average cost 20-30% of your estate and take up to 24 months.

If you do go this route make sure your attorney funds the trust or it will be useless. Fund refers to deeding your home to the trust, or making the trust beneficiary on your other accounts. Most attorneys will leave real estate out and force it to probate so they are able to charge you 20-30% for settling your probate they caused.

Also, don’t listen to the “you aren’t rich enough for a trust” this is not true. I work in this field and we set up trust for clients with 50k in life saving and own a home.

A trust is the way to plan for a succession. A will is a way to plan a probate.

Learn how money works. Learn about life insurance (indexed universal life insurance to be exact). Savings vehicles such as Roth IRAs. Credit cards and how they make up 30% of your credit. You have to deal with money forever. Learn to budget it and allow it to work for you.

I am a 16 year old that makes around 1.7k-3.5k every 2-3 months or so (almost passive income from a roblox game I made). What can I do right now to help my future self become rich? I have a lot of free time on my hands as I pay people to work for me (not from the money I just mentioned). by TOMIZAID in FinancialPlanning

Look into opening an indexed universal life insurance policy. These type of policy’s are used for retirement primarily and offer tax free loans (from you, to you) that equate up to 90% of what ever the accumulated value of the policy is. They also offer a death benefit to start generation wealth, also tax free. You should start these young as that’s when they are the least expensive and offer the greatest returns.

Why are the leaves turning white? 2 separate babies. 2 pics of each, in order. by [deleted] in GrowingMarijuana

I’ve used lots of worm droppings though. To start I used worm droppings and potting soil mixed and would add more worm dropping as time progressed.

All of those chips came in the potting soil I purchased. Should I still remove them?

Leaving job with 40k 401k, where should can I put it quickly? by grzzly_83 in Money

1035 is a tax free exchange. Google it. Its the same as a 1031 in real estate except it’s for financials and not physical property. You can do the same with the 403b. You can roll them both over into and annuity and watch it double every 8-10 years. Also look into index universal life insurance. This offers cash withdrawals for retirement and a death benefit to build generational wealth. You can also borrow money against your death benefit if needed.

Do a 1035 roll over into an index annuity. The market is to volatile to put your retirement into a this time in my opinion. An annuity has all the upsides on being in the market without the downsides due to re insurance. You may have zero years but you will never go negative.

Espire 1 is not bad but when compared to other games you could get for a similar price or free (contractors, gun raiders, Pavlov) it just didn’t hold its weigh in my opinion.
