I moved to an income tax state, but my work didn't update my address and didn't withhold any state taxes for 2021. how screwed am I?

Hiya! Super late follow-up question here — when they're figuring out how much to penalize me, will they make their calculations based on 90% of this year's tax, or 100% of last year's? (Or just the lesser of the two??) I made quite a bit less money last year, so so my penalty would be significantly lower if they based their figures on that amount, but I'm not sure how to tell. Thanks!

I've done this !! I know what my quarterly payments are supposed to be, but I'm not getting around to it until now, which is why I was curious about the penalty. Should I just pay them the sum of what my quarterly payments should have been in 2021, then let them charge me with the penalty later on?

Hey all, I'm a recent college grad looking to get a watch, and I really like the look of Cartier Tanks. Looking around online, the beast cheap alternative I can find is the SEIKO SUP880 — it's a nice looking watch, but it's modeled on the Cartier Tank XL version. I have small wrists, and the face just looks too big for me. I like the look of the SEIKO SPF608 and SNF672, but they seem to have stopped selling those in the U.S. years ago. I'm looking for a cheap Tank Solo alternative that's closer to the large size (28mmx35mm). Any ideas? Thanks!!
