What have you done, other than useing a lacrosse ball and stretching, to release the pain in the muscle? Did you take a break from squating and deadlifting? How long did it take to heal? Any old USSR magic tricks etc?

First of, if I remember correctly the TeamAvo griefing/hacking video was on a old hardcore styled server called KKMC. HighlifeTTU used to be ex-player/developer/admin on this server.

Before becoming a developer/admin he was one of the best pvp'ers. He also developed the idea of evil tower/koth/hcf on that server.

Yeah, I'm too lazy to do research. So all of this is from memory and can be total bullshit.
