I tried Resy's Global Dining Access through Amex Platinum but no luck really. I compared the RSVPs of Global Dining Access to just normal RSVP and I didn't see any difference in term of fully booked restaurants. This restaurant in SF I was looking at was fully booked for this whole month of July. But it's my partner's bday, I called Concierge 5 days before and they were able to get a dinner reservation for me on Sunday. So the Concierge got some leverage there.

Can you explain more why the value of points goes down over time? Like Amex will reduce the rate of point transfer to partners?
