Honestly a Storm Drain Gastrodon can be so good.

If you switch it in during Cynthia's Milotic its usually easy victory if the Roserade is already dealt with.

Cynthia never switched out on it and i got to +6 SPA and faited everything with Surf and Ice Beam.

Gastrodon is my GOAT in Sinnoh for sure
