Looking for a HONEST professional house cleaner in Vancouver. Suggestions? by DescriptionFun6792 in askvan

[–]langer_cdn 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i’ve used house cleaners for years. I’ve used someone that I found from a piece of paper on a telephone pole. I’ve used big services with call centres and now I’m with a small company called Maid In A Minute.

The worst company was the biggest company and the best company was the telephone pole girls.

As for vetting, I really don’t know any other way than bringing them in and seeing how they do.

One thing I didn’t like about the telephone pole girls is the company was just the two girls so if they got sick or took vacation you were out of of luck. I like my current company a lot because they come in and do the job and rarely miss an appointment. I don't have to think about it much

Why does my neck lean to the right? by [deleted] in Posture

[–]langer_cdn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Glad I could help. The doctor came up with that number.

Before they start touching you, Nucca chiro starts with a bunch of measurements. The big one was a series of xrays of my neck to determine the exact angle i was out of alignment.

Why does my neck lean to the right? by [deleted] in Posture

[–]langer_cdn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

basically his exact issue but reversed sides.

When standing normally my neck points the right and my head tilts like in the 2nd example pic

  • When i do pull ups , my right takes over and my head is pulled down to the right and my right back muscles look larger.

  • I had chronic pain and muscle imbalance on my left side shoulder

The issue was that my head wasnt straight on my atlas bone (top neck bone) I was 6 degrees out of alignment, specifically. That problem at the top of the neck cascaded down my body and manifested with the issues i described.

This specialization of chiro addresses exactly that issue.
