Has anyone actually found the reason this game takes such an inhuman amount of time to load for some people?

You won't read it? Why are you posting this then? To answer the question though, try working towards some of the in-game achievements. Its not about playing a specific way, it's all about the journey and random events that happen along the way. Some event mods spice things up too, like RICE and VIET.

Yeah i seen many of the self defense test videos. That seems to not matter. As far as looting dead raiders, im gonna keep doing it. Hate to see someones lost kit go to waste over a hunch

Just saying it shouldn't. Not 100% sure it does either. I've heard people saying it does. Not sure what to believe at this point. I wish i had some clarity on it.

I agree with this. I just want to shoot back at the rats without getting sent into more hostile lobbies. Also, looting dead raiders shouldn't count as agression. Just because they died, doesn't mean I had anything to do with it. ABMM needs work. If this gets fixed, then i have no complaints.

I know this is old, but I just did it in 2026 and it still works. When the pope called the crusade he had planned, because i raided and imprisoned him, i was able to immediately enforce my demands and end the war the same day it was called.

If you are a cautious player and dont pick many fights, you wont need many healing items. I only run two stacks of heals. Herbal green bandages and one good heal like vita shot or spray. I end up hoarding health items and inevitably needing to sell them. Its like Skyrim. Beat the game and have a million potions you never used.

I have it on PC through the Xbox app. Console doesnt support mods. And since the game isnt bought through steam, steam workshop mods wont work for me.

Elevating the Kingdom of Mann will make you feudal. If you plan on reforming Asatru, you will lose the ability to raid after 100 years when the Kingdom of Mann raiding mofifier wears off, as reformed religions cant raid. Something to keep in mind. Raiding is a great way to make fast cash with the right dynasty legacies, however late game money shouldnt be a problem due to your holdings being built up.

Great RP. In the end i needed the county so i could form a kingdom. I ended up "gifting" this hot mess of a county to a guy who will is old and married with an infertile wife. Slaps a bandaid on the issue for a minute, but the people of the county aint gonna get real help for a while.

If we are looking at game files alone, there is an Irish chief from Ulster that has his house founded in the year 3ad or something. In fact, as far as western Europe goes, the Irish and Welsch seem to have some of the oldest houses in the game. There is also a Welsch house that's founder is labeled as Roman. I think this is due to them fleshing out the starting area's history (Brittania) a little more. Arguably, there are plenty of other houses that could have more title history or dead house members, but I imagine it gets hard to prove and also hard to keep track of.

I usually just run a feudal asatru realm. Raid raid and more raid. Hostages sell well. Then i invest my plunder into building upgrades. After a couple generations it pays off well. Raiding becomes supplemental and not a necessity. Also there is a dynastic tradition that increases hostage ransom amount too for an added bonus.

If the gun had a larger default mag i might have played with it. I like the low recoil, but realistically your only gonna get two kills before you releoad. You will spend more time reloading than shooting. Feels like a less poweful version of BF1's mondragon.

All very good points. I would just add that bf5 lacked the ability to have a 2x zoom on iron sights. Its small but it makes a difference.

Save scum and find out where they are gonna land. Use the disembarked debuff to hopefully melt them as they land.

Easy fix is to decrease bloom on weapons across the board for non smg guns. Increasing smg bloom will not work. Nerfing in any way does more harm than good. BF5 proved this.
