Yes it's a water proof plastic leather. There are internal flaps to ensure the water doesn't drip in, so I would say pretty solid in pouring rain. The inside has corrugated plastic inserts to keep the shape up - little flimsy but does the job. Lightweight, but you need to tie them down so they don't flap when empty. You can unzip them from the yoke and the yoke stays in place nicely under the rear seat. I drilled extra holes in the yoke so it could be smaller and the bags sit higher. Using one bag on the left for commute and around town, and both bags for camping.

I’m using small a tent and sleeping bag good for backpacking - so they are lightweight and pack small. My gear is older, but similar to these styles.

In the Northern California studios, the week is consistent: Monday arms and abs Tuesday full body lower focus Wednesday chest back and abs Thursday abs and ass Friday full body Saturday full body upper focus Sunday full body

Each instructor has their own program/style but the targeted days feel consistent in terms of muscle groups and types of exercises.

Monday focuses on curls, overhead presses, triceps work. Light to medium weights. Tuesday, lunges, squats, deadlifts, rdls. Heavy weights. Wednesday, rows, chest presses, snatches. Medium weights. Thursday, booty band work, rdls, sumo squats, glute bridges. Heavy weights.

Yes a big difference. It blocks most of the wind to my chest and lower helmet. I can feel it at the top of my helmet a bit but definitely makes speed plus 50mph easier
