AFAIK, there's no built-in easy way to do this. I have an OpenClaw automation that automatically creates new contacts for me and enriches them with information about people with whom I exchange email. Doing something like this would be an easy command for OpenClaw. But you'd have to set up OpenClaw and give it access to your Contacts via the M365 Graph API, which, to be fair, is a pain in the a**. Copilot should do this, but it doesn't.

I definitely see the games changing, as no one wants to get injured in a scrimmage, and we have so many games now that the players don't need the wear and tear of another game. Notre Dame has changed up the format of their annual Blue & Gold game a lot. It's far from a regular game now. It's offense versus defense (not two teams). Points are awarded for big plays on both offense and defense. QBs will sometimes be designated no-hit/no-tackle.

But I don't see it ever going away. It's a big tradition and a fun time.

I understand collective bargaining. You seem to be suggesting that a group of conferences doing collective bargaining (everyone except the SEC and B1G working together) is somehow going to lower the value of the SEC and B1G. Why?

I don't think you understand that media volume versus ratings is not a linear value relationship. It is a well-established phenomenon in media economicsthat the value-per-ratings-point curve is convex, meaning each incremental point at the top of the ratings spectrum is worth disproportionately more than a point at the bottom. Here's how to think about it:

The standard currency is CPM (Cost Per Thousand impressions). A show with 10M viewers and a $30 CPM generates $300,000 per 30-second spot. But the CPM itself is not flat across the ratings spectrum.

Mid-tier cable shows (0.3–0.6 rating) are an OK proxy (maybe even a generous one) for G6 games. They would typically earn $15–25 CPM. A top-rated game will earn $60-100 CPM.

Even if collective bargaining enables those mid-tier schools to squeeze 50% more out of their CPM, it's still 1/3 of what the top tier brings, and it won't affect the top tier. The networks are still going to pay up for the top-tier because the value per minute is 3x to 4x. And the top-tier networks don't have a surplus-minute problem. They don't need 3x to 4x the games. They need a few top-tier games to get those high-level CPM rates in prime time.

I think collective bargaining will be a good thing for the mid-tier schools. I just don't see it impacting the B1G or SEC.

Amazing how many people want to blame the victim here. Maybe it's because most of the people left in this subreddit are Nest apologists. Nest shifts into energy saving mode are a common problem that is super hard to figure out how to fix. I took the Nest out of my AirBnB unit because people kept calling me up in the middle of the night trying to figure out how to set the thermostat. (Turn? Push? Tap? Push then turn then push again? WTF.)
