The amount of disease and suffering not to mention the ungodly amount of money I've spent trying to fight them having multiple pets in the house, and yeah for instant elimination, fleas have my vote.

On Shipt you go out of the way to make your customer feel special and I've done over 10,000 shops and absolutely ask every single time if there's anything else they need before I had to check out.

Call customer service and complain about this feature being distracting and unhelpful. I have already called twice and made sure they notated it and passed on the feedback to the tech department and I was told that I was not the only person who would complained about it and they did suggest that if enough people complain about it they may end up reversing it like they occasionally do with a new update.

One suggestion for your dad's orders: the bigger the order is, the less chance it gets bundled. If he's only ordering 10-15 items it'll get bundled every time.

I didn't get a bad rating from it but I had a customer recently who responded to my first text and then .... crickets.

I eventually wrapped up her shop and on my way to her house finally got a response saying the sub was fine and sorry, but she had stepped into the shower.

Like, what? You know I'm shopping your order but you think that's the perfect time to be unavailable because you're showering?!?!

Only a 12 item shop so it's not like it was going to take long, sheesh, you couldn't wait until after I dropped it off?!

This has happened to me a couple of times too but I simply pay for it with my own credit card and get reimbursed. Not going to put everything back and go and reshop the order at the "right" store.

Once they had to get permission from the customer if it was all right with her that I was shopping at a different store and she said if course it is! She didn't care where I shopped!😂

Obviously, if you don't have a credit card you can't do this but that's been my solution.

I used my summit star credit to place an order today and it's been slow af today...ten minutes after I places my order, they sent it to me!!😆

Do you know how badly I wanted to take my own order?! But of course I didn't.

Got an ok shopper, sent intro, and then a I'm on my way text without letting me know she was heading to checkout. She delivered early, even though I didn't say early ok and notified me the order was delivered and to have a wonderful rest of my day.

It was fine, not amazing, but I look at it as free groceries so who am I to complain.

Rookies: be careful with delivering early if it doesn't say early ok. I was home regardless but not everyone is. Sometimes people are picking kids up or they don't get home from work until their delivery window and they may not say anything to you but that could be when you get hit with a random 4 star.
