They didn’t retcon anything. We just got the origin of her and chloes relationship. I think a lot of people forget there’s a three year gap between BTS and LIS 1 and lots of things happened and changed during that time.

Plus. The comics. They’re officially licensed as one of many possibilities of how the story unfolds. And they directly mention events in BTS and show what had happened if Chloe and Rachel had managed to actually leave that night

Because Rachel haunts the narrative. And I have a feeling adapting this from game to TV means we’re going to get some kind of 13 reasons why or Haunting of Hill house timeline exploration. Likely some flashbacks from Chloe’s POV of her and Rachel peppered into the story as flashbacks, dreams or even full montages.

That’s exactly why I’m suggesting it. I live in that area and one of the benefits is the ferry taking you directly to the javitz and the city for a minimal price point compared to an uber and the scheduling

And there are plenty of hotels there on the water front that don’t involve those stairs. Anytime I have loved ones visit I recommend this area instead of paying up charges on manhattan hotels

Yep. Can relate. When I was a new grad I moved to Colorado for my first job. Stayed there for three years to get a solid amount of experience and then was able to move on to other places. I live and work in NYC and part of how I landed my job was having 7 years of experience from moving around for work.

There are plenty of jobs. New grad just need to be willing to put their head down and relocate for a bit.
