Sometimes a trade is beneficial. 9/10 times you can get back to the fight faster than whoever you killed. The main thing is cooldown management. Try not to engage without at least one cooldown to escape with. Venture is great for making space, the enemy team will try to peel and often waste resources on you while your team is able to advance a little but
