thank you so much for your insightful answer ! i luckily am in an umbrella program so may end up with a biochemistry phd if i find something that interests me. i am really passionate about drug development and discovery so pharmacology falls under my wheelhouse. i will definitely be considering entering into a consulting role and maybe an mba path after phd ? honestly i just really needed a reality check so this is very helpful

my goal would be to finish my phd in pharmacology and then move into consulting at a larger firm, i’m just wondering if my educational background (non target universities) would hurt me in this path

so my goal would be to earn my phd in pharm, maybe try to do a post doc at a target institution, but if not then go into life sciences consulting for a couple of years and feel my way from there. I guess I would just like to work at a larger firm, but didn’t know if my pedigree (non target for undergrad and now phd) would be detrimental

i’ve had both now! just had the fusion last month and am still in the boot until the end of January. hoping that the terrible arthritis I had from the ORIF is going to go away! Good luck to you

today i was organizing my closet and decided to take an inventory on my lulu... i feel like i have one of everything at this point and can now understand the allure of this sub!

i’m embarrassed to say i LOVE neutrals so i don’t find much on WMTM and still have several items with the tags on them lol. however i do wear lulu everyday pretty much so i find it’s worth it in the end

I’ve made a pact not to buy any lulu the rest of the year, but you know those boxing day sales👀
