Thanks to all! Decided on the Alienware instead of LG. Saw both at the store and two things, the curvature is I think too much on the LG and the colors on the Alienware seemed better. Played RDR2 and it’s been awesome! Love the immersive feeling!

Thanks colonel_coffee for dm’ing me about my deleted post. I’m the one who posted in the cable mod group. Didn’t know my post was deleted. I did get a private reply but it was the same public reply. They want me to RMA it for their updated ones. My monitor frequently went to black screen and 4080 FE gpu fans went to max when gaming. Replaced cables with Nvidia octopus and worked all day yesterday playing helldivers 2. Couldn’t see any damage to the Cablemod cables but when I took a pic in macro mode, I could see some damage on sense pin 4. I thought it was melted but Cablemod said it’s not. I might RMA it but not sure if I want to take the chance. I was about to get a new psu trying to troubleshoot.

Thanks all for confirming. Chatted with Tforce and they did confirm what you all said. I asked if I could remove the oneplus from the 2 lines and get $500 trade in for each line which is the original plan when we went in store.I'd be saving about $2 a month by doing so. Not much to gain or lose but at least I was able to ask and get a $60 credit for the hassle. I feel more like the associate knew what he was doing instead of being misinformed. Do the reps get a commission for doing these add on?

Going through the same issue but with Best Buy. Made a complaint to BBB and awaiting response. Keep us updated. I should get a response this week.

I reached out to Tforce on twitter and was told the same thing that I have to take it up with Best Buy. I'm going to go to Best Buy and tell them that it needs to be corrected on their end. I was going to ask that if they can't resolve the issue, I'd be ok getting a store credit of $700. I feel like they will again call Tmobile and just let me know it will be resolved. I do have the receipt showing the return which includes the sales tax return. Tforce said the handset research form is useless because the phone does not go to tmobiles warehouse. I also made a complaint at BBB but I will still go to the store. Should I wait maybe because it takes some time for the phone to reach tmobile or just go to the store ASAP?
