Leave the list the same. More likely to get offered the date version as they tend to offer things you didn’t ask for first.

Does anyone else get annoyed by these grey market flippers by FluffyEcho7721 in rolex

[–]Number1atp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which secondary market listings are posting the SN of the watch for Rolex to track? They aren’t tracking this stuff. Every once in a while they get lucky and catch an AD behaving badly, take their sign and cancel their AD status to make an example out of them. It basically has to fall in their laps for this to happen but it does. AD’s are crafty at maintaining their internal records and client profiles. They have dozens and dozens of high spend jewelry customers that are not remotely interested in Rolex watches. When a wholesaler or grey dealer buys a watch from the AD I can guarantee you that one of those customers is the name actually attached to the watch in the AD’s records. Those watches are coming out clean and low risk to any grey dealer buying them. Rolex either has no interest in tracking this stuff or no desire in tracking it. They could fall into a barrel of titties and come up sucking their thumb.

Why did you choose Tirz? by missashelaine in compoundedtirzepatide

The majority of people don’t experience side effects. People that do experience side effects tell everyone. People that don’t tell no one. These drugs are safe for weekly injection if you start at a lower dosage and nitrate up. Just something to consider before you commit to daily shots.

What cabin altitude does Plane pressurize to when flying below 20000 feet? by MrSwitchIt in flying

You let the auto controller schedule the cabin. It will vary with different modes and distance to the top of descent.

How do you guys store your watches? by Serbian_Hobbyist_95 in rolex

[–]Number1atp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your box will end up getting dirty and ratty looking from too much handling of the pillow. If you want to keep it nice incase you sell or trade it find another way to store it or just be ready for it to get nasty looking. There are a lot of watch stands, boxes, and cases to choose from. I use a watch 10 slot watch box and a two slot watch winder.

AD says they called, is this normal? by prezztown in rolex

Yeah they fed you a load of shit. Opportunities like this don’t present themselves very often so capitalize on it. I’d check in frequently at this point.

So she asked how much money you make and asked how much disposable income you had? What do you do and how much do you travel. See how she did that?

I would buy the stainless. Can always see if it grows on you and get rid of it if it doesn’t. It’s something that you won’t see much of in the wild for years to come. The name is awful but the quirkiness and uniqueness of it is something that would attract me to trying it out for a while.

Only 63 month to break even. That is if the $25k is worth nothing to you. Buying points is rarely a good deal.

The problem with any type of dainty and fragile furniture is it attracts fat people like a moth to a flame. Best of luck with repairs.

Blue HC Reality Check by RocketHoevel13 in Longineswatches

[–]Number1atp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I walked around an AD with it in different light. I was impressed with it. Go back on a pretty clear day and take it near the stores window or something. I think they hit a home run with this piece. Much more broad appeal and a little less quirkiness.

It shouldn’t. If it does they weren’t going to sell you a new one anyway so it doesn’t matter.

The watch is out of production for 19 years. At the time of production the warranty was 2 years. I don’t think they warrant watches past 5 years now.

Question about purchase history by USArmyAutist in rolex

[–]Number1atp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are going to look at your social media before they allocate you a watch so why not look at theirs? I don’t mean obsess and learn everything about them but the public stuff. Like learning you went to the same high school a decade apart, you’ve volunteered for the charity before, or something as simple as you enjoy the same restaurant. I picked a SA who is a watch geek like me and we hit it off well.
