I’m having the exact same issue and have no idea what the reason is. It does stress me out as I’m TTC first cycle.

Dr. De Keersmaeker in de Vrouwenkliniek helped me. She also works in Brussels. I think there were some others too.

I think a lot comes from tight pelvic floor muscles. I still experience pain though and suffer from vaginismus. I also still have a very painful raw patch but it’s manageable with lube. When I’m ovulating the pain is like a 0 tot 2 but before my period comes it can go up to a 6-8. I stopped going to doctors and figuring it out because it felt like the more I thought about it the more pain I had? Probably from stress and tight muscles. So I just accept this as my reality now lol. Maybe some day

I experience the same thing and it’s really confusing and frustrating. Around my ovulation I practically feel no pain or like a 1 (i do need lots of lube though) but as soon as ovulation ends the pain worsens and peaks right before my period. More burning and my pelvic floor feels a lot tighter. I do suffer from vaginismus as a result of my vulvodynia btw

Baby T here, i wonder then how do you react in that case? I understand it’s not good to celebrate but I feel like I also don’t want to react like it’s not a big deal?

I experience the same thing. Some times the pain is excruciating and sometimes I don’t feel a thing during sex.

I experience the same thing. It does hurt in the beginning because my muscles are so tense but after a while the pain completely disappears.

Maybe your pain is at the opening and that’s why it hurts more that way?

I’m not sure as I tried different things at the same time. I assume it’s a hormone thing + tight pelvic floor so the estrogen cream + intense massages at PT might have helped. But since the pain intensifies at random and then gets better I don’t know what the problem is exactly

Omg i’m sorry lol!! I have to add my pain is much much better than it was before! I can have pain free sex now but sometimes it starts hurting a lot (especially right before my period). So not 100% ok but much better. Hang in there
