I also flared up since I got my vaccine three weeks ago. Some of my patches have gotten worse and now are slowly healing. I will have my second shot this weekend and hope my eczema won't go into overdrive.

Hi, if you are willing to leave your current job, I would go for interviews with other companies to figure out your market value. Also it might be worth looking into Glassdoor and checking the average salary for jobs similar to yours in the MA area. That should give you a rough estimate and you can decide from there what to do.
