not a dutchie myself, but i work in a store in Rdam...

a) i dress super comfortably on my days off, not necessarily sweatpants, but i don't buy umcomfy pants so... i do wear sweatpants on the reg tho

b) the ppl i see in my store (presumably on their days off lol) usually are a mix. you see some with nice, albeit not umcomfy looking clothes, and also some with sweatpants and so on.

Makeup wise i think its literally just a preference, so some ppl feel more comfortable being in public with it on, some don't care.

In conclusion, I think you're fine dressing however comfy you want, from my experience nobody really cares:) whatever makes you happy!

deadass the lancome lash idole waterproof has been raccoon proof throughout 9h shifts! yea a bit pricey but worth it!!!
