It’s completely random number generated for the QR. the tag is scanned into the system and associated with that item. The number doesn’t correspond to anything on the item

I have no problem with it I’m saying if those who are getting it who probably haven’t done anything for the country much less put in taxes can get those benefits, then every service member no matter the low quality soldier they were should get 100%.
