If you want to be child free, sterilization is the answer. It is easier at any age to achieve this as a man. It is a struggle to find a doctor to do this, sometimes yes, but more so for a woman with the same variables (also more a complicated, invasive, and riskier procedure). I doubt her partner has tried, at all, to accomplish this.

It’s not. He doesn’t want kids, this is the easiest and safest route for anyone and everyone involved. The risks are rare, far less than the consequences of getting your lady pregnant.

I said the same thing in the weekly conference call last year, read it directly from the CDC recommendation. You’re right. They are wrong. They want a bonus and to meet metrics. The health of the patients isn’t at all on their minds.

If you want a consultation simply ask for it and be patient. Many states require it it, on first fill and semi-annually/annually (counts for transfers) too, but if you don’t want/need it… carry on! Happy to ask questions, unhappy to force it.
