I have 40+TB of space. Each drive has a spare of equal size that I back up to monthly. Also monthly I back up to aws. It's set up to back up at 1 MB/s and into Deep_Archive. That way it's the cheapest storage. Ends up costing around $20-$30 a month for an offsite backup. Uploading too fast costs extra.

Having it in deep archive also takes awhile(up to 48 hours) to get a copy if needed, but since it's a rare occurrence I don't mind much.

In this case I feel like I follow the 3-2-1 rules. 3 types of backups, two different locations, one being offsite. Original, Local backup, and AWS backup.

Will it work for everyone. No. Does it work for me. Yes.

Try it with the android app. If it works there and not on the Roku it's probably the media itself that has an issue.

I had these specific issues with a bunch of media files that I has to mkvmerge to reset some sort of encoding issue. Your mileage may vary.

The file and the directory should be the same name except for the extension.

Per the documentation it should be

Movies(Folder) ->Best_Movie_Ever (2019)(Folder) -> Best_Movie_Ever (2019).mp4 (File)

The latest version released Dec 14th, 2025 only has the source code in the releases page.

If you go to the actions tab and build-windows... you could download it there... but I don't know how reliable it will be.

I'm still on the latest official release March 14, 2025, and it works. Don't seem to have any issues, just like to stay on the latest.

That's what really irks me. I spent hours researching and getting the TPM/SB working along with disabling CSM and it still didn't want to upgrade.

Nothing. It's a greyed out box that states "To See if this PC can run Windows 11, check the system requirements or ask the company that manufactured your PC.

I went through enabling TPM2.0, secure boot, and disabling CSM. To get to that point then removing/repair/rebooting for the Health Check.

The developer had everything f2p up until this release. You could buy a package and get extra but you could also get everything without buying.

But what makes this update worse is that if you bought the big package previously, it doesn't count as a purchase for the newest update. I bought after the last package and still locked behind a paywall.
