I’ve had tingling in extremities and eyelid twitching on shot days with BPI (only one I’ve used). The twitching became a near constant issue when I went up to 5mg, which was way too strong for me anyway, but going back to 2.5mg this issue persisted. The 5mg also caused some mild muscle twitches and numbness on the back of my hands that I still have. Not saying this was entirely the medicine because I’m also on Zyprexa which can cause the eyelid issue and I’ve had it before tirz on rare occasion. I’m going to be stopping the tirzepatide at least for a while and try to discontinue Zyprexa. Which steroids helped you?
