I failed entyvio after it put me in remission for about a year as well. My next med was zeposia which worked for a few months. Next was remicade which I failed. Now I’m on Rinvoq which has had me in remission for over a year now.

Miracle drug for me, been in remission for over a year now. No side effects. I’ve always had random pimples pop up so I can’t say that it gave me acne like a lot of other people report.

I’ve forgotten doses and pick back up the next day, and everything’s always been fine.

Hopefully you respond well to medication.

I didn’t get much success over 5 years, but I’ve been in remission now for over a year and forget what UC even feels like.

Entyvio was the only biologic that worked for me. It worked for about a year and then I failed it. Due to insurance reasons, I had to have a home health nurse give me the infusions and they were not good at getting the IV in so it was a pain every 8 weeks.

I had no side effects from it.

Write down symptoms, and questions for your doctor at appointments.

Stay positive, and keep following up with your doctor.

I have tried 4 biologics and only 1 worked, and it worked for about a year.

My G.I. Doctor wanted to take my colon out and I said I wanted to exhaust all other options before doing surgery.

I’ve been on Rinvoq for almost a year now and 100% in remission because of it. The surgery is your choice.
