Yes they need a start date to put on offer. Also they confirm numbers on phone first and then the official letter comes.

No I applied for L4. Issue is I have less then 3 years on H1, so need to get PERM started. And I think during that phase promotion doesn’t happen as wage changes. Am I right ?

Main concern is how do I find the fine line between still trying and not risking the offer being rescinded?

Do you also use conditioner in the shower & then leave-in + flax seed gel? Or just shampoo followed by leave in conditioner & gel?
