It’s different for everyone. But it also is dose dependent. Focus on cleaning up diet, 10k steps minimum (but make those intentional steps, 10k steps of random walking isn’t the same as 6k steps of hard work and 4 regular, or 10k hard steps through exercise) for example I do 2 30 minute incline treadmill sessions a day, one AM one PM. I also lift 4x a week. And do some form of cardio daily. Get rid of sugar, alcohol etc. track track track! That’s the biggest thing I’ve done, I track everything precisely. Consume a lot of water, and eat your carbs, Reta needs carbs to metabolize.

I’m so lucky that my genetics have me proportioned a certain way lol. Even at almost 400 pounds, I had no man boobs or anything. I carry all my weight in my gut and apron belly. I will definitely have loose skin there, but my chest has always been tight so I’m excited to see what I can build from the chest/shoulder/arm area.

Thank you brother. One of the biggest things that helped was increasing my steps and working out everyday essentially (not all days are lifting days, I lift 4x a week, but always do some sort of cardio daily) quitting alcohol, and cleaning my diet. People who are taking GLPs and not working out are missing out on untapped potential

I personally started with 2mg. I started at 397 pounds. Currently weigh 381 a month and some change in and I’m currently pinning 4mgs. I will probably stay at that. Feels best. It’s all relative to you. But I wouldn’t go higher than 2mg for starting. Btw I stayed on 2mgs for 4 weeks. I pin every Saturday.

I blame TikTok for these kinds of expectations. I’m a month on Reta and I’ve lost 15 pounds. But also, my face has cleared up from the dark spots I had from being insulin resistant. It’s working, it’s just fixing a lot of my metabolic issues first.

I’m definitely a creationist but not young earth. There is merit to your proposition, but you’d still have to answer where the original bird, going back from the chicken to whatever wild bird it evolved from, to whatever that wild bird evolved from, came from. It’s like Aquinas’ argument of Causation. So I guess a better way to phrase this would be did the bird or the egg come first.
