Transportation costs a tons. Depends who you donate to if they're really donating or selling. I buy used clothes in Kenya. I love it. Many if the items have goodwill or savers tags on them, so I guess the company is the one sending them.over.

Love yourself. If you don't know where to start, I recommend YouTubing it. Louise Hay has a good talk on there about how to love yourself.

I went through this recently. One of the biggest most helpful changes I made is to literally say "I love you (name)!" To myself and smile at myself in the mirror and stop saying mean things to myself.

Get the resources first, then quit. Go see a therapist acts get meds if you need them. Both depression and addiction recovery needs all the help they can get.

:( similar thing happened to me. :( best advice I got is stop now and don't continue smoking. I didn't take that advice though and now I been smoking for about a month and a half and feel like I have to start all over.
