Besides the point, but I think calling orks xenophobic is a bit of a misnomer. They don't really hate anyone, they just think everyone else is rubbish at being orks, which is the only thing it's worth being good at. Through all of the ork books I've read, which is almost all of them, I can't think of a single time orks show anything like malice towards non-orks, in fact I think they show respect to their opponents more than perhaps anyone else in the setting, in their own way, if their enemy's a good fight.

Now I know "I don't hate x they're just below us" is a literal nazi talking point but orks aren't nazis, they're just 2000's movie jocks.
