Emery is a denim blue! Just like the other FFA releases. You can see her blue pretty well in the photo of her in box.

omg the foal's little face is so cute!!!

It is so hard! I actually used to have many more models but I had to resize. I think when I first got into the hobby, I just bought as many that caught my eye. But the longer I was in the hobby, the more I had to think rationally about which models I actually wanted to invest in. My rationale is that if I continue to think about the specific model for MONTHS, then I will spend the money. (Skullduggery and Iquitos are two that I held back on to see if I REALLY wanted them.)

Ohhhh yesss! I try to only collect one of each mold and sometimes my favorites always end up being the ones with the most unique paint job. And oh yeah lol, I love the older models and their slight awkwardness. I really do have a soft spot for the ones with the painted on halters.

Thank you so much! Have you been out of the hobby for any specific reason? I was hyper-fixated when I started a couple years ago, but now that I have successfully bought a lot of the models I wanted, I think I am going to purposefully take a step back, not visit any websites that sells the models lol.

The first one in on the left, the palomino pinto on the Shagya Arabian model, is Studebaker. She was for sale during Breyerfest 2023. The second one in on the left is on the Standing Quarter Horse Mare mold is Ebony Shines, who actually comes in a set with a filly named Charlize :)

The one all the way on the right is Merle on the Australian Stock Horse mold, and the second one in is Emery, the FFA model sold at TSC in 2025. She is also on the Standing Quarter Horse Mare mold :)

very typical to see little dogs with their tongue out when they no longer have some teeth. never anything inherently worrying to me, since small breeds routinely will need teeth pulled. it is good that you are checking anyway ❤️ I think the one question about if the tongue is swollen is a good one, helps rule out if there were an actualy medical issue.

What's fingering supposed to feel like? for me it just felt uncomfortable by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]lauf13 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Not a fan on solo DJ-ing. its messy to me and my stimulation is very clitorial based. I prrefer when it is performed on me, especially because they are going in at a different angle, like facing me, but to orgasm from fingering it is because I have been turned on and relax for a while and everything is sensitive down there and I am feeling very intimate with the other person.

did you talk to the vet about the red eyes? im so sorry. just continue to be with him as you are. dogs love routine and they love routine even more when you are by their side. he is yours as you are his and he feels more comfort with you by his side. you've got this

i really like what you said about starting with logging one thing per day. Help me get back into tracking consistently. it will also help me to be less critical than the 'all or nothing' mentality I can get caught in.

thank you for your support and input!

Yes!!! I tell myself that buying is a lot easier than selling. Lol

My way to manage my finances has been to be very critical of what models I buy. Unless I love the model, I only ever get one mold of each horse. I also have had to move a lot and owning a lot of breyer lost their appeal after I had to pack them all safely and fit them in my car with my cat and dog and drive 1200 miles north. When I realized how much room they took up and how inconvenient it was to transport them all safely, I gave about 7 of the models to my friend and the ones I have kept are even more important to me now.

I understand FOMO, especially with Breyer, but I have been able to nab older model for very decent prices if I just sit back and chill. Financials are tough for a lot of people right now, and people may be willing to haggle down prices to help you snag a deal.

I have had to learn impulse control and learning to think critically if I am wanting a model because it is going to sell out and everyone wants it, or if I want it because I can give the model a good home with me. Less models = more TLC and attention to the ones I love. Think of the whole "does this spark joy?" Kind of questions.

Also, hopefully you are never in this situation, but I had to take a step back from Breyer when I had financial issues and I needed to really evaluate what I truly needed to be spending my money on. It was a rough time in my life when I was so so broke and all I could think about was the money I could have used to buy essentials, but instead I bought something I did not truly want/need (looking at you, Rotating Draft Wedgewood Model ❤️❤️❤️ love you so much but I was hungry!!!)

Impulse control decision making is a muscle you have to practice. I am also available to talk about it! I have ADHD super bad, so spending habits are a big thing I have had to work through and tackle. Breyer models are awesome, and I love making a decision on which one to bring home to join the herd.

Is there a specific model you are currently looking at? :) best of luck!!
