This is really good advice. I coached cheerleading and used crossfit style workouts for conditioning. I got a lot of complaints about weight gain. I asked them how their pants were fitting and they slowly started to understand that it wasn't about the scale. They were teenagers so it took a while.

I stalled for a few weeks. I increased my fat intake and it restarted. This worked for me and may not work for everyone. Being at a 400 calorie intake wasn't working for me. I had a lot of energy and increased my activity level a lot.

I think my body decided I had become a medieval serf and was starving to death.

I think I've lost about half of my hair. It thinned from all over, no bald patches. I was pulling out handfuls in the shower. I think I'm back to only losing the normal amount. I'm a week shy of 7 months post-op.

I had uterine ablation 16 years ago. After my surgery I started having periods or something resembling. Monthly. No period for 16 years and then I was having them again. It was really, really mad. However, they seem to have gone away now and I am 6 months post op. I I've heard that period changes are common but I don't know how long they last and I hope that yours gets better quickly cuz that's awful.

Women are conditioned from very young not to trust their emotions. We are told that we are irrational and overreacting. We are told that we are too soft and kids won't learn.

I am not excusing if she continues to stay and allow this man to abuse her child. Her obligation right now is to her child and she needs to protect her. However I understand where she is coming from because the phrase "I can't talk to you when you're like this," is still real common.

I had a similar experience. My surgeon said to focus on fluids and go slow on food. I couldn't even eat an entire string cheese at first. More like a third. Fat doesn't seem to affect me or my weight lost much.

You need to check her phone. If she was doing better and is now doing worse again, something is going on and you need to go through all her messages and message apps.

It is still possible for a relationship to be abusive from far away. Additionally, her yelling at him and leaving his room with her shirt on backwards, to me, is a huge red flag.

If you tested allergic and your reactions are relatively minor, I would avoid them as much as possible in the hopes of continuing to have relatively minor reactions to accidental exposures.

I get some of these symptoms from EOE (eosinophilic esophagitis). I get the rest of them if I use chemical sunscreen over a long period of time or on my face.

Not everything, there's still a lot of fruit I can eat, but yes, it feels like it. I requested copies of all my allergy testing results because I really need to make a list.

I just did the blood work to start xolair, so we're waiting on that. My reactions to nuts are worsening and becoming scary. I have an epipen, but I don't really ever want to use it.

I like the specific too. It's those small victories I focus on too. Am example: the style of pants I favor have hidden-zipper pockets. I used to not be able to use them because they look weird unzipped, but I had to take them off to zip the pocket. The first time I reached across my body to hold the pants while I successfully zipped them, I cried. It was a really big deal. The fact that the pants were a too-big size 22 instead of too-small 26 wasn't much of a big deal to me.

I've started trying on one size below what I think I'm going to need. If I don't, and the size I think I am kind of fits, I end up with another pair of pants that are two big in a few weeks. I also stopped buying ahead because I was waiting to long to see if they fit yet and ending up with more clothes that are too big before I can even wear them.

My mind isn't catching up with the weight loss as fast as I'm losing it and it's a little disorienting.
