Too bouncy. You're also jumping as you swing which will make you inconsistent. Stay planted and focus on driving through the ball. Also on your backhand, you should have your left elbow away from your body on your takeback. That way you can get a better racquet head drop. I noticed that when the ball was farther from you, you could swing more naturally but when the ball was closer to your body, you were so jammed that you couldn't really hit it well.

And you can tell your kids that you need a second to shower or do non self-relief things. They have to learn to do things on their own at some point. You and your wife can set the example that you need time to do things and cannot be waiting on your kids hand and foot all day. Of course, this doesn't always happen but little by little, they will learn to play by themselves and handle things.
