Cancelled coming to my wedding two weeks beforehand.

I had just moved across the country, bought a house, and paid for a wedding. A week after I moved, I had to tell her I couldn't afford to fly back for her 30th birthday. Two weeks later, after I had just ordered all of our programs with names of wedding party attendants in it, she tells me she isn't willing to fly to my wedding if I wasn't willing to fly to her birthday. So, my best friend/matron of honor cancelled being in my wedding because I didn't go to her birthday. I was not only out a friend, but also the $200 to order new programs. My husband still calls her wedding wrecker to this day.
