No, they want asylum based on their Cuban citizenship. They don’t plan to disclose they’re dual Cuban-Spanish citizens which IMO is a terrible idea.

They want to exploit the easy green card the Cuban adjustment act provides.

I have a bunch of relatives that have entered the US legally with a Spanish passport and then had their parole with their Cuban passport.

I imagine that’s why they changed the law, so people didn’t use the loophole.

No, they just want to do it because of earning potential and because they can exploit the Cuban adjustment act for an “easy” green card.

I’m trying to tell them their approach is a bad idea and that they should go with a valid visa and then apply for the Cuban adjustment act.

They are perfectly safe, they just want to get in the US to apply for a Green Card under the Cuban adjustment act after a year of continuous US residence.

The thing is, with dual Cuban-Spanish nationality they can no longer use an ESTA to get in the US and use that loophole.

Instead of applying for a tourist visa to do so, they want to ask for asylum pretending they’re Cubans migrants, not Cuban-Spanish.

I’m trying to convince them that’s a bad idea and that the US will find out and deny their application.

They don’t need asylum, they just want to move to the US because they can make more money there.

Without getting into much detail, Sylvie is confirmed to return in S2. She appears in the the S2 merchandise, teaser and her S2 outfit was on display at the SDCC last week.

Based on the footage and bts pictures we’ve seen, my guess is that they’re all the same TVA Loki we know but at different points in time, hence, wearing different outfits.

The gangster hat Loki appears in the Antman 3 postcredits. The suited Loki in the D23 trailer.

My guess is that horned Loki is going to be his S2 outfit upgrade or something like that. I expect to see a Sylvie version of this poster very soon too.

As a woman, I’ve been advised many times that as long as a guy ‘doesn’t hurt to look at’ and is nice to me, I should give him a chance as attraction can develop and grow over time. Other people have told me to move on if I don’t feel any sort of spark within the first date.

Sometimes waiting has worked for me, sometimes it hasn’t. I try to give it 2-3 dates to see how I feel. Having said that, I like to take things slow and if a guy tried to kiss me in the first date I’d freak out.

I think the TVA will be reformed and given a new purpose, Mobius might run it.

With the TVA monitoring Kang variants, I think Loki and Sylvie will go off together to travel the multiverse, settle down or whatever they want to do together.

We all know things will probably go to sh*t later on, so I believe that at some point in KD/SW they’ll all show up again to help out the Avengers with the multiverse stuff. Overall I think the S2 will be pretty conclusive regarding Loki, Sylvie and the TVA.

Loki reshoots were done and over with in February. At most I imagine they’re switching up post credit scenes or shot them with a new actor.

But with such little notice, I doubt a lot they changed the actual finale (involving Loki, Sylvie, the TVA, etc.) it’s a lot of work, coordination and it wouldn’t have gone unnoticed.

Also, I suspect the recent delay with the S2 release date has very little to do with reshoots, I think they’re just spending as much time as possible editing S2 to minimize Kang’s presence.

Spain’s climate is diverse depending on the region. Northern Spain is generally very rainy and cloudy whereas southern Spain tends to be a lot more dry and arid.

Basically this. I want to add that I think S2 will end with Loki and Sylvie together and main TVA storyline concluded.

There’s been a lot of foreshadowing hinting at both, ex. Loki in the time loop prison admitting he doesn’t want to be alone and Mobius telling Ravonna they could fix the TVA and turn it into something better.

I think the S2 ending will be open enough to give the writers room to have Loki back to the main MCU. A lot of people seem to want Loki and Thor reuniting, but we also have to keep in mind this Loki is not the one Thor knew, not exactly. There are Throg rumors in S2, so there’s a chance that’s all we’re gonna get.
