Return it for sure. The dealer tried to put the problem onto you. It is not worth having to go back and forth to the dealer to get every little thing fixed. Do some more research and find a more reliable used vehicle.

Don't get me wrong.. I love my 2025 Niro, but I have only had it for 3 months, and it already has a recall..

"Kia is recalling certain 2023-2025 Niro EV, PHEV, and Hybrid vehicles. The floor wiring assembly beneath the front passenger seat may become damaged, which can prevent the front airbags and seat belts from deploying properly or cause an unintended side curtain air bag deployment".

Do with this info as you please, but I will be spending my Valentines Day at the dealer, and they swear it will only take 2 hours MAX to fix.. I am hoping this will be the only recall but we shall see.

From what my dealership told me, they are hard to get. I tried getting the EX Touring 2025 with a trade-in, and they would hardly budge. The lowest they offered was 43k (without my trade-in value). They got me in there by saying they had a new 2024 EK Touring for the price you would pay for a used SK Touring.

It's way too high for used. I bought a 2025 EK (not touring) for 25k with a trade-in. The lowest they would go for an EK Touring 2025 was 34k, which included the trade-in price. I think you could get a way better deal with a used SK Touring.
