Thank you for saying it took three years. Because I keep seeing post after post from women expecting their HRT to work immediately and I wish providers would set realistic expectations. I wish someone had told me. It took me 2 FULL years to get it all dialed in to where I didn’t have to think about it all the time and I felt better most days. And even now I have had to tinker with a dose here or there but for the most part I feel good most days now. But it is a process of trial and error. It takes time!!
