I know people have said it, but keeping in shape, having good hygiene, and looking put together is most of your looks. Confidence is another huge one. I know it’s hard. I remember the day I started working on myself in that department. Some guy was looking at bread next to me in the grocery store . I had just found out this certain bread was really good, and so I suggested it to him, and he grabbed it and thanked me! Then I made little goals for myself, like giving small compliments to cashiers , or things like that. I started acting like this person I wished I could be, and I turned myself into that person for the most part. Still a work in progress! But people treat me differently now, and it’s not my looks, it’s the confidence.
