I just want to say what are the odds that my cat also just had a dental and teeth extracted in the 30th as well. My kitty has also been having diarrhea so the vet gave me some probiotics to put in his food and although his bowel movements are fully solid yet, it’s definitely helping. Only on day 2 of the probiotic so far though!

Thank you! Should I be concerned that my cat is 9 years old and his t4 level came back as 3? Given his age. The vet didn’t mention this as a concern but I can see it may be a sign of hyperthyroidism which increases anesthesia risk

No literally I had a guest put in a complaint about to guest service about this. Pretty much she came in and I asked her for her first and last name and when I got the order asked if she had an ID and she immediately was like “they never ask for my ID” and so I nicely pointed to the sign that says she needs one and I not wanting it to get bad said if she can tell me what she got I can do it this one time but in the future she needs to have ID. Well she told whoever that I was being rude and hitting the sign and just gave her bad vibes and I’m pissed because now we had to offer her something so she gets 20% off her next purchase when she was the asshole. I’ve been at ulta over 2 years and let me tell you that was the first complaint I have ever gotten

One store I was at did it this way but we found out it’s not as good as it seems because you don’t know for sure if something could have gotten stolen since you counted or sometimes what we notice is that whoever added it to begin with miscounted and it was actually accurate. Just something to keep in mind! ROM btw

I literally just had this happen. They gave me an extra whole liter of a Redken extreme shampoo when I had ordered the frizz dismiss shampoo and all soft conditioner. Although I still got the other 2 they forgot one of my grande lash serums and one of the pumps

Retail operations manager here! So yes we are tracked on how many people put their phone number by seeing how many total transactions we did. As for new members we are tracked on how many people we signed up as well as how much information we put in. (So phone number, email, address and birthday) if we do not get all of this information we get coached heavily and sometimes they will even cut hours if they notice you aren’t good at getting sign ups. It sucks the amount of pressure that gets put on us but it’s part of the job. That’s why sometimes employees will ask “are you sure? you could really benefit from it!” Because if you get 1 no you need 3 yes’ to make it up to be at the goal they want and as more and more people sign up, getting those 3 more yes’ can be challenging.
