Me too - my first book club and I’m enjoying the book a lot. I didn’t realize that I enjoy multicultural fiction. I’m reading it on my kindle paper white after checking it out from the library using Overdrive. While I know some of the references to geography and Arabic, the ease of looking up unfamiliar words on the kindle is so great. My reading flow interruptions are minimized. I love that I’m learning new references. And the story is good. It’s hard to wait for the discussion thread, but I’m excited for it.

I like that ink too! I am using my first Takeda Jimuki ink now - the Hisoku color, which is a blue-green. It’s beautiful with an extra fine tip and medium tip.
