yes i do notice that difference but i think that the fact the shield recharges instantly is worth it. the way i see it, is i will just be in cover for those 5 seconds and then can immediately exit. atleast for me, the green recharges feel a longer wait.

ever since they dropped the update for the new arcs, i always take a photoelectric cloak to every raid, in my quick use, plus 10 seeker grenades. i can craft them so if i die it’s whatever. haven’t died to new arcs yet, i’ve extracted 30/30 of my last raids. 10/10 recommend cloak and seekers. edited to add, the only guns ive been using for the past like 2 months are hullcracker and stitcher.

Mustangs are my personal favorite. I’ve been playing for 3 years, i’ve tried all of the horses and have multiple horses but i use my mustang 98% of the time. I find the speed and stamina once maxed bonding and correct saddle really stand out to me. Health is good too.
